CLOSED TO PUBLIC: Limited appointment times may be available.
The Governor’s office is urging communities to follow Red Zone Reduction Recommendations to stop COVID spread. The recommendation includes Government offices to operate virtually, when they do not provide critical services. Many of our Police and Public Works employees provide critical services, and they will continue to do so. City Administration will continue to handle our current schedules, where we alternate shifts in the office and virtual on days we are not in the office. We will continue reducing our in person contact by keeping the doors closed to the public on a rolling week by week basis. If the County is in the red the doors will be locked. We understand people may still need to meet with us from time to time – we will schedule appointments as needed.
If you need to meet with Administration staff, please call the office to request an appointment.
Passport appointments are being scheduled with a limited time slot for appointments. As this could change from week to week, we ask that you call for available times. We ask that only those necessary for the application come to the office. Reminder that renewals for Adults renewing a passport that was good for 10 years (adult passport), and the passport has not been expired for more than 5 years, you will send the renewal form, and updated information by mail and do not need to come to our office. The website to obtain forms is www.travel.state.gov. Everyone coming to our office is required to wear your mask properly and call when you arrive to be let into the building. The office number is (859) 341-1515. Anyone interested in making an appointment will need to call on Wednesday or Friday to inquire if the office will be open for appointments the following week.
