Villa Hills Salt Storage
Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Villa Hills for the Villa Hills Salt Storage Project. The scope of work includes the construction of a new salt storage facility for the City of Villa Hills on their public works lot at 719 Rogers Road. In addition to the building, the work will include stormwater improvements, site grading, and coordination with Peterson Contractors Inc who have been hired by the City to help strengthen the soils to handle the new structure. The site is located in Villa Hills, Kenton County, Kentucky.

The last Day for Questions shall be May 1, 2024 by 5 pm EST.
The last Addendum, if any, shall be issued by May 6, 2024 by 5 pm EST.

Bids must be delivered to Villa Hills City Clerk, 720 Rogers Road, Villa Hills, KY 41017, on or before 10:30 AM prevailing local time on Wednesday, May 8, 2024.
The City of Villa Hills (OWNER) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive any informalities or errors or to reject any or all bids for any reason. This contract is considered a Lump Sum Contract. The Owner reserves the right to negotiate with apparent successful bidder as necessary to meet the needs of the Owner.
Small, local, minority and female-owned businesses are encouraged to participate. Each bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No price escalation during the time of the Construction Contract shall be considered. EOE.
