Welcome to The City of Villa Hills!

According to the 2010 census we have 7,489 residents and about 2,800 homes. Whether you are a long time resident, planning to buy a home here, or just making a visit, you will be a part of the number 1 suburb in Greater Cincinnati designated by Cincy Magazine in 2014. Villa Hills was also named the 7th best suburb in the USA the same year.

We have two excellent schools, River Ridge Elementary and Villa Madonna Academy grade school and high school. In addition we have Villa Madonna Montessori. We are proud to have the Sisters of St. Walburg Monastery and the Madonna Manor Complex which is home to a sizable retirement community.

The City operates under the Mayor/Council form of government and is a Home Rule class city under Kentucky Law.

Please do not hesitate to call us at the City Building at 859.341.1515 for any assistance.

Thank you,

Mayor Butch Callery
