ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
ROGERS ROAD RESURFACING & DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Villa Hills for the Rogers Road Resurfacing & Drainage Improvement Project. The scope of work includes resurfacing of the roadway, the installation of new curbs, new storm inlets, and roadway striping on Rogers Road as depicted on the project plans. The project is located along Rogers Road between Buttermilk Pike and the bridge just past Lakeshore Drive in Villa Hills, Kenton County, Kentucky. The City would like for the millings to be left in the Franzen parking lot at 729 Rogers Road where the public works crew will spread them out.
Last Day for Questions shall be August 6, 2024 by 5 pm. EST. Last Addendum, if any, shall be issued on August 8, 2024 by 5 pm. EST. Contractors are encouraged to utilize local Vendors and Suppliers.

Bids must be delivered to Villa Hills City Clerk, 720 Rogers Road, Villa Hills, KY 41017, on or before 2:30 PM prevailing local time on Monday, August 12, 2024.
The City of Villa Hills (OWNER) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive any informalities or errors or to reject any or all bids for any reason. The Owner reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent successful bidder as necessary to meet the needs of the Owner.
Small, local, minority and female-owned businesses are encouraged to participate. Each bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No price escalation during the time of the Construction Contract shall be considered. EOE.
