ROGERS ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Villa Hills for the Rogers Road Reconstruction Project. The scope of work includes reconstruction of the roadway typical, and installation of edge drains
on Rogers Road as depicted on the project plans. The project is located along Rogers Road near Pineview Drive and Sierra Drive in Villa Hills, Kenton County, Kentucky.
Last Day for Questions shall be April 16th, 2024 by 5 pm. EST
Last Addendum, if any, shall be issued on April 18th, 2024 by 5 pm. EST
Contractors are encouraged to utilize local Vendors and Suppliers.

Bids must be delivered to Villa Hills City Clerk, 720 Rogers Road, Villa Hills, KY 41017, on or before 2:00 PM prevailing local time on Monday, April 22nd, 2024.
The City of Villa Hills (OWNER) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to waive any informalities or errors or to reject any or all bids for any reason. This contract is considered a Lump
Sum Contract. The Owner reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent successful bidder as necessary to meet the needs of the Owner.
Small, local, minority and female-owned businesses are encouraged to participate. Each bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in
the Instructions to Bidders. No price escalation during the time of the Construction Contract shall be considered. EOE.
