Ethics Board Annual Report
A Special Event Permit is required for any festival, ceremony, show, demonstration, exhibition, pageant, transient amusement enterprise, outdoor temporary gathering or similar event, in or on or having substantial impact on any street, park, or other public place in the city. Any person or organization wishing to conduct or sponsor such an event is required to complete the City of Villa Hills Special Event Application form.
CITY APPLICATION – all submissions must include a city application. Submitted applications will be held for 6 months.

The City of Villa Hills is accepting bids for the “Villa Hills 2020 Asphalt Resurfacing” project. Bid opening is to be September 11th, 2020 at 3:00 PM. Note: Due to ongoing social distancing measures and limited office hours, Bid Packets may be obtained electronically at no charge or shipped via FedEx for a $25.00 charge by contacting the offices of the City Engineer, Cardinal Engineering, One Moock Road, Wilder, Kentucky, 41071: 859-581-9600. SOLICITATION OF SEALED BIDS ANDPROPOSALS FOR SODIUM CHLORIDE
The City of Villa Hills, Kentucky, 720 Rogers Rd., Villa Hills, KY 41017, hereby solicits sealed bids and proposals for the provision of sodium chloride during the period from November 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 according to and in conformity with the Request for Sealed Bids and Proposals for Sodium Chloride and the Sodium Chloride Specifications that are available from the City of Villa Hills, 720 Rogers Rd., Villa Hills, KY 41017 after 10:00 a.m. and before 4:00 p.m. prevailing time, Monday through Friday, or here:

All bids and proposals in response to this solicitation must be in conformity with the Request for Sealed Bids and Proposals for Sodium Chloride and the Sodium Chloride Specifications, and must be received by the Villa Hills City Administrator at the Villa Hills City Administration Building, 720 Rogers Rd., Villa Hills, KY 41017 in a sealed envelope labeled “Sodium Chloride Bid” on or before 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on October 9, 2020, with time being of the essence.
